Fashion Photographer in Bordeaux: an Eco-Responsible Fashion Shoot

As a fashion photographer in Bordeaux, I had the pleasure of creating a fashion shoot for Lysiane-Marie, a digital content creator with an eco-responsible focus, together with her partner. Here is the story of that special day.

Behind the Scenes of a Fashion Shoot

Lysiane-Marie and Philippe’s fashion shoot took place at their home. We were originally meant to meet in April to celebrate their wedding, but because of the health restrictions, their wedding was postponed (once again) to April 2022.

Lysiane-Marie, founder of the company LINES / MANNER, asked me to create a few fashion photos. She takes great care of her digital communication on social media, not least through beautifully crafted professional photos.

I was delighted to have the chance to showcase her world of eco-responsible fashion, and I happily accepted.

It was a moment I particularly enjoyed: Lysiane-Marie is very professional and wonderfully talented at communication, not to mention the few fits of laughter we shared!

Lysiane-Marie and Philippe’s Couple Shoot

The main idea was a fashion shoot for Lysiane-Marie’s professional needs, for a brand of ethical and responsible clothing. That is why I travelled to her home. Her partner, Philippe, was also at home, and Lysiane-Marie wanted to include him in the fashion shoot.

To be honest, I mainly know the couple as a bride and groom to be. So we combined the fashion shoot with a short couple session! Of course, it was Lysiane-Marie’s chic, minimalist pieces that took centre stage in the pictures.

A shoot at home was ideal for staying true to the brand’s world, built on monochrome simplicity and minimalism. Inside and outside the couple’s house, the atmosphere and the setting reflect her sensibility perfectly.

Understated, light-filled interiors: the perfect combination for a shoot in my Fine Art style.

Philippe, Lysiane-Marie’s partner and husband-to-be, watched his beloved with kind and loving eyes while I was shooting. There is no doubt that these two share a true and sincere love. Philippe is passionate about images too: he works as a documentary filmmaker.

An Outdoor Fashion Shoot

As a bonus, here are five photos taken with Lysiane-Marie a month later at Lac d’Arsac, in the Gironde. We were lucky enough to have glorious sunshine!

I took the photos, and Lysiane-Marie retouched them herself, as she wanted to stay true to her brand’s colour palette and visual signature. I then added a touch of light to bring them closer to my Fine Art style.
