Telling the Story of Your Wedding with a Bordeaux Wedding Photographer

A wedding day is magical, like a fairy tale, and it is a story worth keeping. To hold on to it, you need a professional photographer. Finding the right wedding photographer in Bordeaux for such a unique day matters enormously.

With all of that in mind, I make sure my photos truly reflect your wedding. My style is about discreetly capturing moments as they happen. Sensitive by nature to everything around me, I create artistic, natural photographs that play with emotions as they rise to the surface.

So here is what you can expect.

How it works

After a first phone call, we meet on a video call. The aim is to get to know you: what you love, what you would like and what you would rather avoid. I also want to understand what you expect from your photos.

This first meeting is also a chance to spend a lovely moment together and to start building a real connection. It is often the beginning of genuine trust between us.

After that, I keep in touch regularly, and I hope you will too, so that the bond we have created stays alive. Brides often send me private messages with photos of their wedding dress, and grooms often do the same. I regularly receive news of the preparations: the invitations, the decoration, the flowers… And sometimes a mum or a dad gets in touch (which always delights me!) to add options, as a gift to the couple, to the collection they had paid for.

The story continues

The wedding day

On the day, I follow you like your shadow. In the morning, during your preparations: hair and make-up for the bride, getting dressed for the groom. In the afternoon, during the ceremony, or ceremonies, I capture these sacred moments through everyone’s emotions, through the exchange of vows and rings. I take your couple portraits away from prying eyes, as well as the group photos you would like.

The drinks reception is another chance for beautiful images, as the pressure slowly eases and the two of you, with your closest family, are reunited with your friends. In the evening, around each table, during the speeches, the dinner, the cutting of the cake (the traditional French pièce montée) and the first dance, I am there, always discreet, so that nothing is missed: the best dances and the fits of laughter.

The end of a wonderful wedding day

My photography style is not traditional. You do not have to face the camera; quite the opposite! I want every photo to tell a story and to feel natural. The secret is a great deal of patience, so that I am there at exactly the right moment. Only the group and family photos stay traditional, and even then, I like to give them a little fresh twist!

One last thing: your wedding venue matters a great deal, because the setting can change everything. If you are getting married by the sea, for example, I will invite you to take a few photos on the beach. A beautiful setting makes beautiful images even more beautiful (I can promise you that).

Your wedding photos are how you will remember this unique, precious moment for the rest of your life. That is why you need a photographer with a real artistic sensibility, and one you feel completely at ease with. I am here for you.

Make this moment last forever!
